Marchify is an iOS app that adds an animated marching progress bar to any video — with a character icon that walks, bounces, or runs across the screen as the video plays. Users import a video, choose from 50+ icons (emojis, game sprites, meme characters, or their own uploaded image), customize colors and animation style, and export a watermark-free MP4 ready to post on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. Chapter labels can be added to split the bar into named segments. All processing happens on-device with no uploads, no account required, and no watermark.
