Video blur questions
How do I blur text or a screen in a video on iPhone?
Turn on text covering in an app that finds readable text. In Blurfold, switch on Cover text and readable text in the video, such as a document, an address, a name badge or the words on a screen, is covered through the clip, on your iPhone. It is free, and if readable text is left uncovered, Blurfold tells you before you export.
What to know
- Text is found when it can be read. Very small, blurred or fast-moving text can be missed, so check the clip before you export.
- Cover text also covers signs and shop names, which is why it is off until you turn it on.
- Cover text hides the words. To hide a whole screen, cover the screen itself.
